Who's behind BacWater.fit

BacWater.fit is run by the same trading team as our wholesale site, BacWaterPep. We buy diluents from a partner manufacturer and sell them here by the box (10 vials; 30 mL: 25) — with the same lot documents a wholesale buyer gets.

What we promise

• The box price on every size, US shipping at one flat rate, and the total confirmed before you pay.
• The lot, expiry and full test list for the size you buy.
• A straight answer when something goes wrong: damaged, wrong or missing items reshipped; a quality problem refunded in full.

What we don't do

We don't publish reviews we can't verify, certifications we don't hold, or a founding year to look older. We are a new shop; the lot records are our track record.
