What a lot COA shows

The certificate names the product, size and lot, the manufacture and expiry dates, and for each check the pass mark and the number measured on that lot. For a 10 mL bac water lot the checks are:

Checking a COA you received

  1. The lot number matches the lot of your vials.
  2. The expiry date leaves you enough time.
  3. Each check shows a result, not only “pass”.
  4. Benzyl alcohol lands between 0.8 and 1.0%, pH between 5 and 7.

  1. Before you order: say in the notes of your order request that you want the COA — our sales team sends the COA of the lot we would ship, before you pay.
  2. After delivery: enter the lot number from your kit or documents above.
  3. Either way the certificate comes from our sales team by e-mail or WhatsApp; lot COAs are not published on the site.

On your kit or the documents that came with your order. If you cannot find it, send us your order reference instead.

Yes. Ask for it in the notes of your order request, or here with the product; we send the COA of the lot we would ship.
