What we receive

When you send a order request: your name, company (if given), e-mail and/or phone or WhatsApp number, shipping address, the products and quantities, and your notes. When you browse: pages visited, referring page, device type and the country and region derived from the connection; a random visitor identifier is stored in your browser.

Why

• To answer your request, confirm the order and ship it.
• To route your request to the right salesperson and keep a history of our conversation.
• To understand which pages help buyers and to stop spam.

Who processes it

Our hosting and database providers, and Google Analytics where enabled (configured without advertising signals). Your request goes to our sales team by e-mail or WhatsApp. We do not sell your data.

How long

Requests and order records are kept as long as needed for the business relationship and our legal records; browsing statistics are kept in aggregate form.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion by writing to us. You can block analytics in your browser.
